Honors and Accolades

Congratulations JPII Students!!

This past May, 107 JPII students, representing 53% of 9-12 grade enrollment, took at least one Advanced Placement Exam.  The total number of exams taken was 205, with 65% of the scores on these exams averaging 3 or higher out of a maximum score of 5.

In addition, 35 of our test-takers were recognized based on the following criteria. We applaud their achievements.

AP Scholar
Granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams: 
Collin Anfinson, Brad Campbell, Maura Clarke, Julia Delgado, Kathleen Hammett, Sophia Hayward, Lourdes Low, Lili Lutheran, Cooper Montgomery, Larry Racey-Rubalcado, Samantha Reilly, William Rooney, Jude Ryan, Emma Sauls, David Shaw, Daniel Snyder, Christian Tilton, Johana Trejo, and Kohl Woodham

AP Scholar with Honor 
Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams: 
Anderson Dewig, Dylan Folscroft, Aadi Patel, Samuel Rembold, Kelon Reynolds, Karoline Rustad, Brieana Suiter, Lauren Weniger, and Alec Yanachik

AP Scholar with Distinction
Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams: 
Emily O’Sullivan, Chris Orta-Carillo, Sara Swanson, and Benjamin Villalobos 

AP Seminar & Research Certificate
Granted to students who earn scores of 3 or higher in both AP Seminar and AP Research: 
Maura Clarke, Cayce Graves, Sophia Hayward, and Paige Weniger 

AP Capstone Diploma
Granted to students who earn scores of 3 or higher in AP Seminar and AP Research and on four additional AP exams of their choosing: 
Kathleen Hammett, Samantha Reilly, and Lauren Weniger


 

The Honor Roll is a list of students that are recognized after the first semester and second semester for outstanding academic achievement with no quarter or exam grade below a 70.  More academic information and requirements are available in the school handbook.

PRINCIPAL’S HONOR ROLL recipients earn an average of 95 or above on each course for the semester*

ALPHA HONOR ROLL recipients earn an average of 90 or above on each course for the semester*

BETA HONOR ROLL recipients earn an average of 80 or above on each course for the semester*
