We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Quintessa Fishburne as our new technology teacher at JPII! With experience as a STEM instructor for the Department of Defense STARBASE in Savannah, Ms. Fishburne has a strong background in integrating real-world STEM applications with classroom learning. A graduate of South Carolina State University with a B.A. in English, she has also taught middle school English and served as a Social Emotional Learning Facilitator. At JPII, she will teach computer science, assist with the robotics program, and support the Girls That Code Club.

“For the past 2.5 years, I taught STEM for the Department of Defense STARBASE Program, where I fell in love with robotics and coding," said Ms. Fishburne. "I chose serve here at JPII because I wanted the opportunity to teach in a Christ-centered environment, inspiring students to explore their unique gifts and abilities while fulfilling their God-given purpose."
