Golden Warriors Race to Victory at “No Speed Limit Invitational”

The Golden Warriors Track & Field team turned on the jets Friday evening at Beaufort High School’s “No Speed Limit Invitational”, blazing past competition and bringing home not one—but two—2nd place team trophies for the JPII trophy case.

"From the explosive power of the field events to the relentless pace of distance runs and relays," said JPII head track and field coach, Shayne Milligan, "JPII athletes were everywhere on the podium. Many left with multiple medals—and an extra dose of confidence heading into the next meets."

Girls Team Highlights

The Lady Warriors showed grit on the track and in the field, earning medals and boosting team points across multiple events.

1st Place Finisher:

  • Ayla Reynolds – 1600m

2nd Place Finishers:

  • 4x100m Relay – Ellie Morris, Mila Baroni, Camryn Michael, Savannah Washington
  • 4x800m Relay – Abby Brock, JoJo Hill, Annabella Stankovich, Lily Termini
  • Distance Medley Relay – Abby Brock, Lili Lutheran, Millie Cornejo, Ayla Reynolds
  • Co-ed 4x400m Relay – Mila Baroni, Camryn Michael
  • Trice McClure – 400m Hurdles & High Jump
  • JoJo Hill – Triple Jump

3rd Place Finishers:

  • Trice McClure – 100m Hurdles
  • Mila Baroni – 400m
  • Annabella Stankovich – 800m
  • Caroline Ware – Long Jump
  • Miranda Moulton – Javelin

Top Female Point Scorers: Trice McClure – 22 points,  Ayla Reynolds – 12 points

The Golden Warrior boys dominated in both track and field, stacking up points across nearly every discipline.
